It is half ten pm where I am living and I am off to bed. Not sleepy though as I worked until 9pm and am back tomorrow morning at 6.30.
That is always a recipe for sleeplessness for me so I use the time and do another “Habits of Kindness and Gratitude” post.
Three things I am grateful for:
~ enough food to feed ourselves and a roof over our heads. In first world countries we so often take both for granted but I have experienced how fast it can go that you lose one or both. I feel it is important to be grateful for the basics!
~ Music: it keeps me going at bad times but also makes my good days even better!
~ my family and friends both off- and online. Without you life wouldn’t be worth living!

I walked an awful lot at work. That must have been more than my 30min goal 🙂
I haven’t really done a meditation today but I was in contact with the higher powers on a constant basis sayingvthanks for the good things in my life.
Recall a great experience:
I saw this petrol or oil spill at the carpark at work. I found it rather beautiful to look at even though I don’t believe the environmental impact is that beautiful.
