Mindful Monday is a blog feature to support each other on our mindful and healthy journeys. It is not a challenge but a community of bloggers who post insightful posts on Mondays which make us think, change and hopefully act too.

I am not quite sure what to write about today. For the last few weeks, I have shared with you my experiences with the “Habits of Kindness and Gratitude“. However, as I write some daily posts about it, I think it is time to move on to something different.
I do not know what about thought yet. Oh, I’ve written that already. It looks to me like I have to practise some Mindfulness to get the chaos out of my mind. Until I manage that and come up with some new topics for Mindful Monday, I share with you a video about how Mindfulness is used in Therapy. It is thanks to Google Talks.
