Here’s a brand new way to get your poetry out there, while supporting a message of positivity and peace. Created by fellow blogs – Poetry Channel and Forgotten Meadows, submissions opened 7/16 and there have already been 129 contributors.
To submit, simply write a poem on the theme (outlined below) and comment on Forgotten Meadow’s original post here with the text of your poem (no links or pingbacks). Submissions close August 31.
“In response to the recent unceasing, and, in fact escalating global violence, we have seen and felt a corresponding surge in poetry about it.
