Habits of Kindness and Gratitude


After a four day run at work I was pretty dead yesterday afternoon. So I just ate something, played a little FVII and fell into bed.

No blogging whatsoever. A little gratitude but no exercise. And yes I did meditate in the morning. 

Today though was my day off and I had lots of time to follow the five habits of kindness and gratitude:

  • Recall three things you’re grateful for.

I am grateful for my ability to read, for my friends off and online and for having had a good day πŸ™‚

  • EditJournal one great experience you had.

I think my hole day was a great experience because I was very active and managed many things I wanted to do.

  • Exercise

My archilles heel πŸ˜‰ still not doing it πŸ™‚

Today I experimented with binaural beats to clear my aura and chakras. Maybe that is the reason why I was so active πŸ™‚

  • Perform a random act of kindness
