Habits of Kindness and Gratitude ~ 31/7/16


I have been working and as it is the holiday season in a good old British seaside town it was busy, busy, busy. However, against my expectations, I managed very well to work through the pressure and get the important bits done. Am wondering if the “Habits of Kindness and Gratitude” are helping 🙂

  • Recall three things you’re grateful for.

I am grateful for Rosemary oil, enough water to drink and my family and friends on- and offline!

  • Journal one great experience you had.

Oh, my great experience was coming home after a hard shift and the husband has cooked. He does the cooking mainly but I appreciate it every single day and it is always a great experience.

  • Exercise

My only exercise today was working 🙁 Sorry!!!! 🙂

I did meditate this morning but not very much. I was just too tired and I am not always sure if meditation is a good thing when you are ill. However, I have done my exercises for calming myself down.

  • Perform a random act of kindness

I offered my co-workers to take the rubbish out which was a sort of work-out because some of the bags were really heavy and the bin outside is huge so I had to heave them up. But I did it 🙂

:-).Is anyone out there trying out these habits too? What are your experiences?
